摘　　要：野战医疗队作为我军后方医院一种主要的应急机动卫勤保障力量,其建设水平直接关系到部队医院的战斗力、保障力,历来为各级首长机关所重视。通过带领医疗队参加跨区基地化训练考核实践,文章着重分析思想铸魂、实战引领和创新驱动三个方面抓组训的体会,期望能为类似基层卫勤分队组训提供参考。As the field medical team is a major emergency mobile service support force in the rear hospital of the army,its construction is directly related to the combat effectiveness and supportiveness of the military hospital and thus has always been attached great importance to by the head officers of all levels.This paper aims to share some experiences and reflections of the author who led the medical team to participate in the cross-region base training assessment,focusing on three aspects,which are spirit and soul,actual combat,and innovation.It is expected to provide useful reference for the training of units alike.
