摘　　要：目的 尝试以军队医疗数据为资源,融合多种军事信息要素,以多源异构的健康数据为基础,利用大数据分析技术,分析研究面向军队医疗的大数据应用服务平台建设。方法 通过军队医疗机构近30年的医疗数据为基础数据源,结合其他军事要素数据进行分析,研究部队的作战训练伤病防护、医疗卫生保健、传染病防控,以及官兵、家属的个人电子健康档案等应用体系,设计大数据分析技术架构,探讨基于数据挖掘技术的应用系统平台建设。结果 提出的面向军队医疗领域的大数据应用平台构建,从医疗大数据应用服务的各层次入手,总结一套军队医疗大数据应用平台开发的技术架构,为军队医疗大数据应用分析提供平台支持。结论 军队医疗大数据应用平台的研究、构建与分析,能够为保障部队提供优质医疗服务、疾病预防和作战训练等决策依据。Objective With military healthcare data as the resources,by integrating multiple military information elements,and based on multi-source heterogeneous health data,this paper attempts to apply big data analysis technology to analyze and study big data application platform construction for military healthcare.Methods Based on the healthcare data of the military medical institutions over the past 30 years and combined with data of other military elements,we analyzed various layers of the application system,including protection from combat training injuries,health care,prevention and control of infectious diseases and establishment of the personal electronic health records for officers and soldiers and their family,designed the big data analysis technology architecture,and explored the application platform construction based on data mining technology.Results This paper proposed a big data application platform for the military healthcare.Focusing on all layers of the medical big data application service,the paper summarized a set of technical frameworks for the development of military healthcare big data application platform,which provided a platform support for the application and analysis of military health big data.Conclusion The research,construction and analysis of military healthcare big data application platform could provide decision-making basis for ensuring high-quality medical services,disease prevention and combat training for combat support forces.
