摘　　要：目的 探讨改良早期预警评分(MEWS)联合标准化沟通模式(SBAR)在野战医疗队重症伤员救治中的应用效果。方法 某院野战医疗队救治收容组在战伤救治训练中联合应用MEWS评分及SBAR沟通,对比应用前后重症伤员救治流程、护士救治能力、医师满意度等情况。结果 应用后重症伤员救治流程明显优于应用前,护士在医护沟通、医护配合、救治主动性、伤情观察掌握等方面得分均高于应用前,医师对护士救治满意度明显高于应用前。差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 MEWS评分联合SBAR沟通应用于野战医疗队重症伤员的救治中,进一步优化救治流程、提高护士救治能力、促进重症伤员的安全及医护团队协作,值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of modified early warning score(MEWS)combined with standardized communication mode(SBAR)in the treatment of severe injuries in field medical teams.Methods Field medical treatment capacity group of certain field medical team used MEWS combined with SBAR in the wounded treatment training,and severe injury treatment process,the nurse treatment ability and doctors'satisfaction degree were compared before and after the application.Results The severe injury treatment process after application was better than before,the scores of nurse medical communication,medical cooperation,treatment initiatives,and injury observation and mastery were higher than before,and the doctors'satisfaction degree to nurse treatment was significantly higher than before.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MEWS joint SBAR in the treatment of severe injuries in field medical team,could further optimize the treatment process,improve the nurse treatment ability,and promote the safety of severe injuries and medical team cooperation,which is worth wide promotion.
