舒筋活血胶囊治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析舒筋活血胶囊治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征(Myofascial pain syndrome,MPS)的效果,探讨舒筋活血胶囊用于MPS治疗的可行性、有效性及安全性,以指导临床。方法选取本院2016年1月～2017年12月收治的MPS患者80例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各40例。对照组单纯实施臭氧注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用舒筋活血胶囊,对比两组治疗2周后的临床疗效、疼痛改善情况、痛点减少情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组各时点VAS评分降低均较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后黄点与红点数量减少均较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后随访1、3、6个月,观察组的复发情况均较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗显效患者占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论舒筋活血胶囊治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效确切,患者疼痛感明显减轻,痛点显著减少,患者治疗期间不良反应少,安全有效。Objective To analyze the effect of Shujin Huoxue capsule in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS), to explore the feasibility, effectiveness and safety of Shujin Huoxue capsule in the treatment of MPS, and to guide clinical practice. Methods 80 patients with MPS who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected. Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given ozone injection alone. The observation group was combined with Shujin Huoxue capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain improvement, pain spots reduction and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after two weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS scores at each time point in the observation group were reduced, which were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of yellow spots and red spots in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months of follow-up visits after treatment, the recurrence in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of patients with effective treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no adverse reactions were detected in both groups during the treatment period. Conclusion Shujin Huoxue capsule is effective in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome. The pain is significantly reduced, the pain spot is significantly reduced, and the adverse reactions during treatment are fewer in the patients. The treatment is safe and effective.
