摘  要:目的以多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)为金标准探讨非增强磁共振血管成像对变异肾动脉的检出价值。方法随机收集我院2016年9月~2018年9月行腹部CTA患者共102例,入组患者均进行CTA及NCE-MRA扫描,以NCE-MRA组为实验组,CTA组为对照组,比较两组之间变异肾动脉检出率,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果实验组与对照组之间变异肾动脉的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),即NCE-MRA对变异肾动脉的检出率与CTA相比无显著差异,该研究4例患者出现假阴性。男性患者肾动脉变异率显著高于女性变异率,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与CTA相比,NCE-MRA是一项安全、无创、有效且准确性高的评价肾动脉的检查手段,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of non contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography in the detection of variant renal arteries, with multi-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA) as the gold standard. Methods A total of 102 patients with abdominal CTA in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly collected. All patients were given CTA and NCE-MRA scans. The NCE-MRA group was used as the experimental group and the CTA group was the control group. The detection rates of variant renal artery were compared between the two groups, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of variant renal artery between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05), that was, the detection rate of the variant renal artery by NCE-MRA was not significantly different from that of CTA. Four patients showed false negatives. The renal artery variability rate was significantly higher in male patients than in females, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with CTA, NCE-MRA is a safe, non-invasive, effective and accurate method for the evaluation of renal arteries, which is worthy of clinical application.
