摘　　要：针对目前煤炭去产能全面实质性推进,一大批在建矿井项目停缓建,文中从矿井施工组织设计角度浅析其如何合理、有序、科学组织停缓建,减少停缓建损失,统筹各井筒科学、合理、有序复工,对在建矿井停缓建及复工有一定的指导意义。With the full implementation of reducing excessive capacity in coal industry,a large number of mine projects under construction have been suspended.From the angle of mine construction organization design,the orderly organization of mine stopping or delaying work has certain guiding significance for stopping or delaying construction project of mine under construction.
