摘 要:锅炉送风机电机远程启停控制信号均来自PLC输出继电器,而此输出信号为单点长指令,无自保持功能,存在设计缺陷,一旦启停信号波动,送风机将停止运行。为了避免此风险现将送风机控制系统进行改造。通过将PLC控制信号由单点长指令改成脉冲指令,在远方控制回路中远方启动指令上并联继电器的常开点,从而可以有效避免因PLC输出闪断或者PLC输出继电器失电后导致送风机同时跳机的情况发生,对锅炉的顺稳运行提供保障,避免了重大生产事故对公司造成的严重经济损失,减少故障率,为设备安全稳定运行作出贡献。The remote startup and stop control signals of boiler fan motor come from PLC output relay, but as the signals are single-point long instruction without self-holding function and has design shortcoming, the air fan would stop once the signal fluctuates. To avoid this risk, the company carried out transformation to the control system of the fan. The PLC control signal was changed to pulse instruction from single-point long instruction, and a common open point of relay was paralleled on remote start command in remote control loop, to effectively prevent fan shutdown caused by PLC output flash break or PLC output relay power off, ensure stable operation of the boiler, reduce equipment failure rate and improve economic performance of the company.
