摘　　要：选取氟磷酸盐光学玻璃的漏料成型作为研究对象,针对氟磷酸盐光学玻璃的漏料成型过程中,玻璃易产生析晶和成型条纹而进行设计和研究。通过对漏料管长度及管径的计算和设计,达到控制玻璃流量、提高产品质量的目的。The crystalline behavior and cord problem in the drain forming process of fluorphosphate optical glass was investigated in the present paper.Through the design of optimum length and diameter of the drain pipe by careful calculations the successful glass flow control and improvement of glass quality were achieved.
