摘　　要：本文简要介绍了7520W螺纹磨床的砂轮磨削修整装置的改进设计,通过将传统的金刚石修整器更换为带旋转台的电主轴砂轮磨削修整器,解决了传统砂轮修整器不能直接修整硬质金刚石砂轮,无法满足实际使用需要的问题。这种改进后的砂轮磨削修整装置具有结构紧凑、操作方便、结构简单、生产成本低、工作效率高等特点。This paper briefly introduced the improved design of grinding wheel grinding device for 7520W threaded grinder. The traditional diamond trimmer was replaced by a grinding wheel grinding machine with a rotary table, which solved the problem that the traditional grinding wheel could not directly repair the hard diamond grinding wheel and could not meet the needs of the actual use.The improved grinding wheel dressing device has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, simple structure, low production cost and high work efficiency.
