摘 要:研究了Q690钢经Q-P-T工艺处理前后的焊接性能。结果表明:采用相同焊料和焊接工艺,QPT690钢焊接接头的力学性能比Q690钢显著提高,QPT690焊接接头的屈服强度为537MPa,抗拉强度为676MPa,而Q690焊接接头的屈服强度为480 MPa,抗拉强度为642 MPa。显微组织观察得到,QPT690钢性能改善的原因是QPT690钢焊接熔合区及热影响区存在大量马氏体和残余奥氏体,使组织晶粒更加细化。对断口进行观察分析可知,QPT690钢焊接接头的强度高于Q690,其热影响区晶粒存在细化。研究了QPT690钢在300、350和400℃等3种不同回火温度时的焊接接头的拉伸性能、冲击韧性及硬度,并对组织进行观察和断口进行分析。结果表明,400℃左右中温回火可以使焊接接头获得良好的综合力学性能。The welding ability of Q690 steel before and after Q-P-T process was studied.The results showed that with the same solder and welding process,the mechanical properties of QPT690 steel welded joint were significantly higher than that of Q690 steel,QPT690 welded joints yield strength was 537 MPa,tensile strength was 676 MPa,and Q690 welded joints yield strength was 480 MPa,tensile strength was 642 MPa.The observation of microstructure characterization revealed that the reason for the improved QPT690 steel performance was there was a large amount of martensite and retained austenite in QPT690 steel welding fusion zone and heat affected zone,and the grain refinement of tissue becomed more thin.Through observation and analysis of the fracture,strength of QPT690 steel welded joint was higher than that of Q690,the heat affected zone existed refinement.Then,the tensile properties,impact toughness and hardness of QPT690 steel at three different tempering temperatures of 300,350 and 400℃were investigated.And the microstructure and fracture of QPT690 steel were analyzed.The result showed that welded joint obtained good comprehensive mechanical properties after 400℃medium temperature tempering process.
