摘  要:钛合金材料具有比强度高,变形系数小,热强性、低温韧性、抗腐蚀性和焊接性能较好等优点,近几年,钛合金材料借助其优越的物理化学性能在工业制造领域得到了大量的推广和应用。电阻焊工艺是以电阻热为热源的一类焊接方法,焊接时不需要填充金属,且具有生产效率高、焊件变形小和容易实现自动化等优点。由于钛合金零件的电阻焊工艺在我国应用属于刚起步阶段,工艺不成熟,经验积累不够,因此在制造过程中,应对材料、设备、制造、测试和质量等方面进行严格控制。Titanium alloy has lots of advantages such as high specific strength,low deforming ratio,thermal strength,low temperature toughness,corrosion resistance and good welding performance,in recent years,titanium alloy has been widely and generalized used in industrial manufacture fields because of its superior physical and chemical property.Resistance welding technology is a kind of welding method taking resistance heat as the heat source,it has the advantages of no need to fill metal,high production efficiency,small deformation of welding parts and easy to automate when welding,however,resistance welding on titanium alloy just started in China,which was not mature and the experience was not enough,in order to get qualified resistance welding titanium alloy,the process of resistance welding on titanium alloy must be strictly controlled.
