摘  要:在分析油气排放及回收领域面临的新形势和新挑战后,提出了油气排放及回收领域研发的新理念及应对策略。分别从油品蒸发及油气扩散的基础物性参数、油罐蒸发排放内在的油气传质规律、基于模块设计与积木式组合的油气回收成套技术等方面,总结了油气排放及回收领域的研究进展;尤其创新性地构建出油气传质因子和油气-空气间集中归一化的拟对流扩散系数的测算方法,揭示了油气排放及回收的内在规律,指出今后的研究方向和研究重点。建议多方面协同合作来研究油气污染全过程的控制,分离净化及资源化利用的基础理论、关键技术、成套装备,从而及时地满足社会科技和经济发展的重大需求。Based on the analysis of new situation and challenges for oil vapor emission and recovery,the new research concept and strategies were proposed.The research progress in the area of oil vapor emission and recovery was summarized in different areas including fundamental physical parameters of oil vaporization and vapor diffusion,vapor-air mass transfer,and the concept of the modular design and combination for the vapor recovery technology.Vapor mass transfer factor was applied in this study.Especially,according to the centralized unification concept,the evaluation method for the quasi turbulent diffusion coefficient of vapor-air was established.Therefore,based on the above studies,the fundamentals of vapor emission and recovery were thoroughly understood,and the future research strategies were proposed.For oil vapor emission and recovery,it was suggested to perform an integrated research from fundamentals,technologies to equipment in the areas of vapor pollution,separation and purification,and resources utilization to meet the current various challenges.
