摘  要:建立心脏组织三维模型,模拟了叉指电极与传统矩形电极以及两种结构不同正负电极间距下射频消融特性。结果表明,叉指结构电极消融温度和消融体积明显优于矩形结构电极。利用微喷射技术于球囊导管表面制备电极,经与模拟结构对比分析,打印实物(线宽、电极间距)平均数据与设定数据的误差在5%以内,并且球囊扩张后电极导电效果良好,符合设计要求。A three-dimensional model of cardiac tissue was established. The RF (Radiofrequency ablation) abla-tion characteristics of the interdigital electrode, the traditional rectangular electrode, and the two different structures were simulated. The results show that the ablation temperature and ablation volume of the interdigital electrode are significantly better than the rectangular electrode. Electrodes were manufactured on the surface of the balloon cath-eter using micro-jet technique. Comparing with the simulation results, the error between the average data of the printed physical objects (line width and electrode spacing) and the set data is within 5%. After the balloon is expanded , the electrode has good electrical conductivity and meets the design requirements.
