摘  要:为了解决传统变压器台区安装过程中存在的现场加工耗时长、安全风险高、工艺质量差等问题,按照标准化施工理念,本文设计了一种基于物联网技术的电力台区标准化作业管理平台。该平台将现场复杂的台架工艺和设备基础施工分解为若干模块,利用RFID物联网技术将设备的特征信息随制作流程固化,仓储和配送采用智能化管控,将设备信息融入到全寿命周期管理。实践验证,不仅节约了现场施工时间和生产成本,同时也提高了工程建设质量工艺。In order to solve the problems such as time-consuming, high security risks, poor process quality in traditional transformer installation procedure, in this paper, a standardized electric operation management platform based on the Internet of Things is designed according to standardized construction idea. In this platform, the complex platform technology and equipment foundation construction are disintegrated into several modules, the characteristic information of each device is solidified along with the production process by using the RFID Internet of things technology. And intelligent control is adopted in the warehousing and distribution, making the equipment information into the whole-life cycle management. Practice show that it not only saves the construction time and production cost, but also improves the construction quality.
