摘  要:试验研究了不同光质(100%红光、70%红光+30%蓝光、50%红光+50%蓝光、30%红光+70%蓝光、100%蓝光)及光强(40和100μmol/m^2/s)的LED光源对‘黄皱叶’玉簪(Hosta‘Huangzhouye’)组培苗增殖生长及光合特性的影响。研究结果表明,玉簪的增殖数随着蓝光比例的增加有上升趋势,最适增殖条件为光强100μmol/m^2/s,光质为3∶7的红蓝复合光。红光有利于促进‘黄皱叶’玉簪的伸长生长,而蓝光能够抑制这种现象的产生。蓝光能促进玉簪叶片数、鲜重、干重的增加,100%蓝光时叶片数最多,鲜重、干重也达到最大值。蓝色光与红色光相比,更有利于叶绿体色素的合成。玉簪的净光合速率在红蓝光质比为1∶1时最高,且低光强条件明显优于高光强条件。综合光强、光质两方面的因素,在40μmol/m^2/s,光质为1∶1的红蓝复合光条件下净光合速率最高,达到1.153。Light emitting diode(LED)was used to study the effects of red and blue light ratio(100%red,70%red+30%blue,50%red+50%blue,30%red+70%blue and 100%blue)and light intensity(40 and 100μmol/m^2/s)on Hosta plantaginea‘Huangzhouye’seedling propagation and photosynthetic characteristics in vitro.The results showed that the bud number of Hosta plantaginea had a rise tendency with the increase of blue light.The optimal proliferation condition was 30%red+70%blue under 100μmol/m^2/s intensity.Red light was beneficial for plant elongation while blue light was helpful for increasing the leaf number,fresh weight and dry weight of the plant.Higher percentage of blue light contributed more to the synthesis of Hosta plantaginea chloroplast pigment.The net photosynthetic rate of Hosta plantaginea reached up to 1.153 when the ratio of red and blue light was 1∶1 and the light intensity was 40μmol/m^2/s.
