摘  要:为进一步研究推广节能技术应用,达到降低能耗、提高经济效益的目的。通过对我厂某区块机采井的能耗状况及存在问题进行了分析,结合抽油机井系统运行的特点,对该区块不同节能电动机的机械特性及工作原理进行阐述,并结合不同节能电动机的设计理论及实际应用情况,对抽油机在用节能电动机的优缺点进行分析、评价。同时,对在用节能电动机的节能效果、投资回收期等进行了对比分析。通过分析结果,对不同节能电动机的适应性进行了探讨,为油田今后的节能工作开展提供了技术支持。In order to further study and popularize the application of energy saving technology,the purpose of this paper is to reduce energy consumption and increase economic benefit.Based on the analysis of the energy consumption and existing problems of the machine recovery wells in the block of our factory,combined with the operating characteristics of the pumping unit well system,the mechanical characteristics and working principles of the different energy-saving motors in this block are expounded.Combined with the design theory and practical application of different energy-saving motors,the advantages and disadvantages of energy-saving motors used in pumping units are analyzed and evaluated.At the same time,the energy-saving effect and investment recovery period of energy-saving motor in use are compared and analyzed.Through the analysis of the results,the adaptability of different energy-saving motors is discussed,which provides technical support for the future energy-saving work in oil fields.
