摘 要:文南油田油井结蜡十分严重,传统的热洗清蜡和化学清蜡存在热洗频繁、影响油井产量、成本高等诸多弊端,急需采取更有效的清防蜡措施解决油井结蜡问题。介绍了微生物清防蜡技术的作用机理、适用范围和施工工艺,并在文南油田高温高盐油井进行试验应用。在文南油田28口微生物清防蜡技术实施油井中,有效油井(延长热洗周期倍数在1倍以上)高达96.4%,且具有成本低、效率高、不伤害地层、不影响油井产量、施工工艺简单便捷、安全环保等优势。Oil well waxing in Wennan Oilfield was serious.Conventional hot-washing and chemical methods had many drawbacks such as frequent hot washing,affecting oil well production and high cost.The microbial wax removal and prevention technology could effectively solve the problem of the oil well waxing and overcome these drawbacks.The microbial wax removal and prevention technology is implemented in 28 wells of Wennan Oilfield,and the efficiency is as high as 96.4%.It has low cost,good effect and no damage to the formation,without affecting oil production.It has simple operation,possesses technical advantages such as safety and environmental protection,and has obvious economic benefits.
