摘　　要：采用文献资料、案例分析对美国和加拿大第三方机构参与学校体育事务进行总结,并对日本和中国台湾地区第三方机构参与到中小学场馆开放的相关经验进行研究,为第三方机构参与我国学校体育场馆开放提供参考借鉴。政府应鼓励"第三方"机构参与学校体育场馆开放;发挥"第三方"机构的专业性来促进全民健身的发展;明确各方权利,加强监督;增强"第三方"专业程度,规避过度商业化;制定法规,支持"第三方"机构参与。Using literature and case analysis to summarize the participation of third-party organizations in the United States and Canada in school sports affairs,and to study the relevant experience of third-party institutions in Japan and Taiwan in the opening of primary and secondary schools,and to participate in third-party institutions in China.The school sports stadium is open for reference.It is believed that the government should encourage"third-part y"institutions to participate in the opening of school sports venues;play the professionalism of"third-party"institutions to promote the development of f itness for all;clarif y the rights of all parties and strengthen supervision;enhance the professionalism of"third parties" and avoid excessive Commercialization;legislation is in place to support the participation of"third party"agencies.
