轴与孔基本偏差确定方法及在高职教学中的应用

摘　　要：文章针对高职《公差配合与技术测量》教材介绍的轴孔基本偏差部份内容,以及在实际教学中发现的问题,对轴和孔的基本偏差的确定方法,在理论上进行了详尽的分析阐述,并结合实际教学,将该理论应用图解法把孔的基本偏差计算规则(通用规则和特殊规则)浅显易懂地讲解清楚,并能方便地计算GB/T1800.3-1998上面的数据,教学效果很好,在此基础上,对编写高职公差配合教材相关部份的内容提出了建议。Based at content the fundamental deviation of shaft and hole introduced in the textbook《Tolerance coordination and technical measurement》,and the problems found in practical teaching by author,this paper made a detailed theoretical analysis and elaboration on the determination method of the fundamental deviation of shaft and hole,then combined with practical teaching,explained the fundamental deviation calculation rules of hole(including general rules and special rules) simple and understandable by applying the graphic method,meanwhile,it can easily calculate the data of GB / T 1800.3- 1998.The teaching effect was very good.On this basis,some suggestions were put forward for compiling textbook for the relevant parts.
