摘 要:目的:探讨自噬基因AMBRA1在宫颈癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:利用量子点免疫荧光组织化学技术检测自噬基因AMBRA1在组织芯片包括97例宫颈癌组织和15例非癌变宫颈黏膜上皮组织中的表达。结果:AMBRA1蛋白在宫颈癌组织的阳性表达率为54.7%,与非癌变宫颈黏膜上皮组织比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMBRA1的阳性表达与宫颈癌组织学类型和TNM分期均显著相关(P<0.05),而与其他临床病理参数均无关(P>0.05)。结论:自噬基因AMBRA1表达缺失可能促进宫颈癌的形成和恶性进展。Objective:To investigate the expression of autophagy gene AMBRA1 in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Methods:Quantum dots immunofluorescence histochemistry was used to detect the expression of autophagy related gene AMBRA1 in tissue microarray including 97 cases of cervical cancer and 15 cases of non-cancerous cervical epithelium.Results:The positive rate of AMBRA1 protein expression in cervical cancer tissues was 54.7%,compared with non-cancerous cervical epithelial tissues,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of AMBRA1 was significantly correlated with histological subtype and TNM stage of cervical cancer(P<0.05),but not related with other clinicopathological parameters(P>0.05).Conclusion:The loss of autophagy gene AMBRA1 expression may promote the formation and malignant progression of cervical cancer.
