克罗氯米芬与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察克罗氯米芬与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者的应用效果。方法:选定某院收治的多囊卵巢不孕症患者54例,研究时段自2016年1月～2018年7月,分组原则以入院顺序奇偶性为主,分对照组(27例,采纳克罗氯米芬治疗)和试验组(27例,给予患者来曲唑治疗),比较应用效果。结果:试验组促排卵成功率(81.48%)、妊娠率(59.26%)均显著较对照组(55.56%)、(29.63%)高,试验组宫颈黏液评分显著高于对照组,子宫粘膜厚度显著大于对照组,P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论:在多囊卵巢不孕症治疗中,来曲唑可促进患者排卵,提高妊娠率,与克罗氯米芬相比疗效更为理想,值得借鉴。Objective:To observe the application effect of clofamide and letrozole in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary infertility.Methods:A total of 54 patients with polycystic ovary infertility admitted to a hospital were enrolled.The study period was from January 2016 to July 2018.The grouping principle was based on the parity of admission order,and divided into the control group(27 cases,adopted clofamide treatment),the experimental group(27 cases,adopted letrozole treatment),compared the application effect.Results:The success rate of ovulation induction(81.48%)and pregnancy rate(59.26%)were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(55.56%)and(29.63%).The cervical mucus score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the thickness of the uterine mucosa was significantly greater than that of the control group,P<0.05(with statistical difference).Conclusion:In the treatment of polycystic ovary infertility,letrozole can promote ovulation and improve pregnancy rate.Compared with clomiflin,the effect is more ideal,is worth learning.
