摘　　要：[目的/意义]对情报学内核进行界定,提供唯一的确定性。情报学内核的清晰界定能够消除情报学界对于情报学内核一直存在的争议。[方法/过程]通过文献比较法对学科内核进行了综述。以科学本质、科学规范与科学方法论为坐标参照系提出了科学的内核。通过案例分析法对情报学术与情报实践工作进行了区分。[结果/结论]明确提出了情报学内核只能是科学内核的论断。提出了情报实践工作与情报学术研究中的情报内涵并不一致,结合案例对两者之间的关系进行了阐述。建议情报学参照心理学的发展路径,向以数学和实验法为代表的研究范式方向发展。[Purpose/Significance] Defining the Intelligence science kernel provides unique certainty.The clear definition of the Intelligence science kernel can eliminate the controversy that has always existed in the Intelligence science community.[Method/Process] This paper first summarizes the kernel of the discipline through the literature comparison method,then puts the scientific kernel with the scientific essence,scientific norms and scientific methodology as the coordinate reference system,and finally distinguishes between Intelligence academic and Intelligence practice through case analysis.[Result/Conclusion] This paper clearly puts forward that the Intelligence science kernel can only be the scientific kernel.It is proposed that the intelligence connotation in the Intelligence practice work and the Intelligence academic research is not consistent,and the relationship between the two is elaborated in combination with the case.It is suggested that the Intelligence Science should follow the development path of Psychology and develop towards the research paradigm represented by mathematics and experimental methods.
