摘  要:以泡沫镍为镍源和集流体,与弱碱性的尿素水热反应生成Ni (OH)_2,然后再与次磷酸盐进一步水热处理和高温煅烧,最终得到活性物质Ni_2P紧密沉积在泡沫镍上。所合成Ni2P为堆积颗粒形状,并紧密沉积在泡沫镍集流体表面,其粗糙的表面有效地增大了Ni_2P的电化学活性表面积,能提供更多赝电容活性位点,用作电容器中的电极具有较高电化学性质。In this paper, nickel foam is used as nickel source and current collector, which reacts with weakly alkaline urea to generate Ni(OH)2, and then undergoes further hydrothermal treatment and high-temperature calcination with hypophosphite. Finally, the active substance Ni2P is obtained and deposited tightly on nickel foam. The synthesize Ni2P is in that shape of stacked particle and is tightly deposited on the surface of a foam nickel current collector, the rough surface of the Ni2P effectively increases the electrochemical active surface area of the Ni2P, can provide more pseudo - capacitance active sites, and has high electrochemical property when used as an electrode in a capacitor.
