摘  要:环境监测中主要运用钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷。使用该方法时,水样的浊度会对总磷分析结果产生干扰,浊度越大,干扰越大。本实验使用直接取上清液分析和混匀取样消解后过滤比色两种方法比较消除水样浊度干扰效果,经过实验证明两种方法分析结果相近,直接取上清液实验过程简单,中间环节更少,降低操作误差。At present, the total phosphorus is determined by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry in environmental monitoring. When this method is used, the turbidity of the water sample will interfere with the results of total phosphorus analysis. The greater the turbidity, the greater the interference. In this experiment, the direct turbidity analysis and the mixed sampling and digestion method were used to compare the turbidity interference effect of the water sample. The experimental results show that the results of the two methods are similar, and the direct extraction of the supernatant is simple. Less links and reduced operational errors.
