摘　　要：介绍了福建申远新材料有限公司7.54×107k J/h有机热载体锅炉的设计条件、工艺流程、主要生产设备及运行情况和存在的问题及解决办法。经过1年多的运行,脱硫系统运行良好,排出烟囱气体中SO2质量浓度小于200 mg/m3,达标排放,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。Introduce the design conditions, process, and main equipment of flue gas de-sulfuric system of SCC 1800 kcal/h Organic heat transfer material heater. After one year of operation, de-sulfuric system running well, in the chimney discharge gas, SO2<200 mg/m3, reach the discharge standard, good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
