摘  要:零电压软开关的控制模式可使逆变器的转换效率提高,但在传统的边界电流零电压控制方法下,由于边带宽度快速变化,调制会使开关管的导通损耗和电感磁芯损耗增大。为了提升逆变器的工作效率并缩小开关管开关频率的变化范围,提出一种新型混合软开关电流控制模式,使开关管通过在零电流和零电压的混合软开关环境中工作来进一步提高逆变器的转换效率。搭建了一个全桥逆变器硬件试验平台,采用全数字电流控制的方式对所提新型控制方法进行验证。试验结果证明,该电流调制策略可使逆变器的工作效率较传统的控制策略进一步提高,开关管开关频率范围缩小,电感通态电流值减小。The control mode of zero-voltage spft switching can help inverters achieve higher conversion efficiency. However,under the traditional boundary current zero-voltage control method,the modulation increases the conduction losses and inductance core losses of the switching tube due to the rapid change of the sideband width. In this paper,in order to improve the working efficiency of the inverter and reduce the variation range of the switching frequency of the switching tube,a novel hybrid soft switching current control mode is proposed to further improve the conversion efficiency of the inverter to make the switching tube working in a mixed soft-switching environment of zero current and zero voltage. Finally,a full-bridge inverter platform is built,and the new control method is verified by means of full digital current control. The experimental results verify that higher efficiency and narrower frequency range can be achieved using the proposed new method.
