摘 要:通过分析福清核电厂区内施工变电站的输出电源及电站内中压厂用电源结构,结合#5、#6机组建设过程中因逻辑施工及外部原因导致的中压厂用6.6kV电源不具备使用条件,使电源配套的下游相关厂房缺乏6.6kV电源,影响厂房内变压器上电、中压类负荷试车及整套生产系统试运的案例,通过类比及深入分析建设过程中遇到的典型案例,再从核电厂区电站内中压厂用电源设计及施工变电站设计用途进行分析,提出核电厂区施工变电站输出电源与电站内中压厂用电源相容性的分析及优化建议,以期为后续核电厂区施工变电站输出电源的电压等级选择提供参考。This paper analyzes the output power supply of the construction substation in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant area and the structure of medium voltage auxiliary power supply in the power station. Due to the logic construction and external reasons,the 6.6kV meidum volatage auxiliary power supply in the construction process of Units 5 and 6 is not available for use,so that the related downstream workshops of the power supply are lacking 6.6kV power supply,which affects the transformer power-on,medium-voltage load test and the trial operation of the whole production system in the plant. Through the analogy and in-depth analysis of the typical cases encountered during the construction process,the medium voltage auxiliary power supply design and the design purpose of construction substation in the power station of the nuclear power plant area are analyzed. The analysis and optimization suggestions for the compatibility of the output power supply of the construction substation in the nuclear power plant area and the medium voltage auxiliary power supply in the power station are proposed,in order to provide reference for the voltage level selection of the output power supply of the construction substation in the nuclear power plant area.
