摘 要:我国的公务员录用制度经过在实践中的不断发展,制度框架已初步建立,并已成为我国公务员选拔制度的重要组成部分。但公务员录用制度本身仍存在不完善之处,这影响了公务员录用制度作用的发挥,以及公务员录用的价值诉求的实现。论文以公务员录用为着力点,进一步探讨完善录用制度的意见建议,这在一定意义上填补了公务员录用在研究方面的不足,丰富了相关领域的理论体系,也具有一定应用价值,为公务员录用奠定一定基础。The employment system of civil servants in China has been continuous developed in practice,and the institutional framework of which has been set up,and it has become an important part of China's civil service selection system.However,there are still some imperfections in the civil servant recruitment system itself,which affects the role of the civil servant recruitment system and the realization of the value demands of civil servant recruitment.Focusing on the employment of civil servants,the paper further explores suggestions for improving the employment system,which can improve the shortcomings of civil servant recruitment in research,enriches the theoretical system in related fields,and it also has certain application value,and can lay a certain foundation for civil servant recruitment.
