摘　　要：在国家大力倡导"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,高校是创新与创业的主要载体,是促进经济发展、缓解就业压力的重要推动力。公安院校作为培养公安专业人才的高等院校,有必要对创新创业和新背景下的人才培养体制进行研究与实践,建立"双创"驱动的公安院校多元育人机制,搭建适合公安特色的创新创业人才多元培养平台是大势所趋,适应公安教育体制改革面向创新引领的需要,也有利于提高公安专业人才的培养质量。Under the background of the country’s vigorous promotion of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,colleges and universities are the main carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the important driving force for promoting economic development and relieving employment pressure.As colleges and universities that train public security professionals,it is necessary for public security colleges to research and practice on innovation and entrepreneurship and talent training system under the new background.It is a general trend to establish a multi-cultivation mechanism for public security colleges driven by“Double Innovation”and to build a multi-disciplinary platform for innovation and entrepreneurship talents suitable for public security characteristics,and to adapt to the needs of innovation in the reform of public security education system.It is also conducive to improve the quality of public security professionals.
