摘 要:Al/MoO_3纳米铝热剂因放热量高和燃烧速度快等优点而受到广泛关注。实验首先采用水热法在p H=1,水热温度180°C,水热时间24 h的条件下制备了形貌均匀的棒状MoO_3,然后基于电泳沉积技术组装了Al/MoO_3纳米复合薄膜,并对其形貌结构、放热量和燃烧性能进行了分析。结果表明,电压200 V、电泳时间10 min、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)浓度为1%且两组分当量比Φs=2.13时,Al/MoO_3铝热剂放热量达3555 J/g,燃烧现象剧烈。研究表明,MoO_3的微观形貌和反应组分的混合比例对铝热剂反应性能有显著影响。Al/MoO3 nano-thermite has attracted wide attention due to its high heat released and fast combustion speed.In this paper,clubbed MoO3 with homogenous morphology was prepared by hydrothermal method at pH=1,reaction temperature 180℃and reaction time 24 h.Then Al/MoO3 nanocomposite coatings were assembled by electrophoretic deposition.Moreover,the morphology,structure,output of heat and combustion properties of the prepared samples were analyzed comprehensively.The results show that when the voltage is 200 V,the electrophoresis time is 10 min,the concentration of polyethyleneimine(PEI)is 1%and the ratio of two components is 2.13,the heat released of Al/MoO3 thermite reaches 3555 J/g,and the combustion phenomenon is violent.It is indicated that the micro-morphology and reaction ratio between Al and MoO3 have significant effect on the reaction performance of the Al/MoO3 thermite.
