摘 要:20世纪40年代在社会部的推动下,我国儿童福利事业得以发展。根据燕京大学、金陵大学、金陵女子文理学院和岭南大学相关史料,当时高等院校在培养儿童福利人才中具有多学科合作、注重实践经验、师资特色鲜明的特点。为了鼓励学生选择儿童福利事业,各校还设立了奖学金制度,对已大学毕业的有志于儿童福利事业者尝试研究生教育。The development of child welfare in China was promoted by the Ministry of Social Affairs in the 1940s.According to the historical materials of Yanching University,Jinling University,Jinling Women's liberal arts College and Lingnan University,child welfare talents were cultivated with the characteristics of multi-disciplinary cooperation,emphasizing practical experience and distinctive characteristic teachers in the colleges and universities.The universities had set up scholarship systems in order to encourage students to choose children's welfare major.Postgraduate education was also developed for those who had graduated from universities and was still interested in children's welfare undertakings.
