摘 要:目的建立芪仙地花颗粒(黄芪、淫羊藿、虎杖等)的质量标准。方法 TLC、HPLC法分别定性鉴别黄芪、巴戟天,HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷、虎杖苷含有量。结果 TLC斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;HPLC色谱图中阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷、虎杖苷分别在0.51~25.45、0.54~27.00μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均加样回收率分别为98.79%(RSD=4.54%)、99.50%(RSD=3.47%)。结论该方法准确、稳定、可行,可用于芪仙地花颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish the quality standard for Qixian Dihua Granules (Astragali Radix, Epimedii Folium, Polygoni cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix, etc.). METHODS TLC and HPLC were adopted in the qualitative identification of Astragali Radix and Morindae officinalis Radix, respectively. HPLC was used for the content determination of icariin and polydatin. RESULTS The TLC spots were clear without negative interference. HPLC chromatograms revealed no interference due to negative reference. Icariin and polydatin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.51-25.45 μg/ mL and 0.54-27.00 μg/ mL (r = 1), whose average recoveries were 98.79%(RSD= 4.54%) and 99.50%(RSD = 3.47%), respectively. CONCLUSION This accurate, stable and feasible method can be used for the quality control of Qixian Dihua Granules.
