摘 要:目的研究不同炮制工艺对附子生物碱类成分的影响。方法采用酸性染料比色法及高效液相色谱法对附子不同炮制品的生物碱类成分进行分析。结果江油产的生附片质量最优;去皮可以提高附子中有效成分的相对含有量;与传统白附片有胆巴的炮制工艺相比,采用无胆巴炮制工艺得到的白附片,总生物碱、单酯型生物碱、双酯型生物碱含有量均较高,保存药效的同时,去毒能力不足;熟附片的蒸制时间较长,生物碱类成分的含有量低于白附片,可能蒸制时间较长会造成生物碱类成分流失;经对市售的有胆附片与无胆附片检测分析,无胆蒸制或炒制附片去毒存性效果较好,且工艺简单、不易引入无机杂质。结论不同炮制工艺均能不同程度的降低附子的毒性成分双酯型生物碱含有量,增加有效成分单酯型生物碱含有量,达到增效减毒的目的。AIM To study the effects of different processing technology on the contents of alkaloids in Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. METHODS The alkaloids components of different products were analyzed by acid dye colorimetry and HPLC. RESULTS The quality of the Jiangyou’s raw monkshood was the best, and the content of the active components in aconite could be increased by peeling. The processing technology of white monkshood without brine was compared with the traditional technique, and the content of alkaloids were higher, while the effect of detoxification was not enough. The steamed time of cooked monkshood was longer, and the content of alkaloids was lower than that of white monkshood, and it might lead to the loss of alkaloids by longer steamed time. Compared with the brine monkshood, it was found that the process of non-brine steamed or fried was simple and not easy to bring in inorganic substances. CONCLUSION Different processing technology can decrease the contents of diester alkaloid of aconite toxic ingredient, increase the content of monoester alkaloid of active ingredient, and achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity.
