摘  要:提出了一种适用于中压系统谐波和无功补偿的APF和TCR联合运行系统。联合运行系统由1个小容量的APF和1组7次调谐滤波器以及可提供大容量连续无功功率的TCR组成。建立d-q坐标系中的数学模型,提出了APF电压电流PI控制参数的选取方法和基于查表法的TCR非线性控制方法。小容量APF可以提高无源滤波器的滤波性能,抑制其和线路电抗的谐振。仿真验证了理论分析的正确性和控制系统参数选择的合理性,联合运行系统能够实现谐波和无功功率的动态补偿。The paper proposes a combined APF-TCR system for harmonic and reactive power compensation in medium-voltage system, and it consists of an APF with small capacity, a group of 7th tuned filters and a TCR with high-capacity providing a continuous reactive power. Furthermore, the paper establishes the mathematical model in d-q coordinate system,and puts forward the method of selecting PI voltage and current control parameters for the APF and the TCR non-linear control method based on look-up table. The APF with small capacity can improve the filtering performance of passive filter and suppress its resonance with the reactance of line reactance. Finally, the simulation verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the rationality of the parameter selection for the control system, and shows that the combined system can realize the harmonic and dynamic reactive power compensation.
