摘 要:金川二矿区深部开采工程纵深达1 000 m左右,充填料浆需从地表搅拌站经管道自流输送至700 m中段各生产水平,充填系统管路设计是深部开采的重要保障。针对深部开采各个充填管路方案预设计工程量、钻孔和管线的长度、高差,分析对比了充填倍线,运用Surpac软件进行方案模拟,确定出1 350,1 150,1 000 m 3个转段水平和四级钻孔设计方案,在避开了F_1、F_(16)断层带,减少工程量的同时,确保了充填料浆自流输送合理倍线值为2~5.5,满足56万m^3/a的充填能力,充填管道采用金属耐磨管,延缓了管道和钻孔磨损,为类似深部开采矿山充填系统管路优化提供了借鉴。The depth of the deep mining engineering of Jinchuan No.2 mining area is about 1 000m,the filling slurry need to be transported from the surface mixing station to the middle section of 700 m level by pipeline gravity flow,filling system pipeline design is an important guarantee for deep mining.Due to the filling pipeline scheme,the filling engineering quantity,length of drilling and pipelines and height difference are preliminary designed,stowing gradient of the schemes are analyzed and compared with each other,and simulation analysis of the schemes are done based on Surpac software,the design scheme of filling pipeline of three levels of 1 350,1 150,1 000 m and four-stage drilling are obtained.The results show that F 1、F 16 fault zone are avoided,and the engineering quantity is reduced,the reasonable stowing gradient of the filling slurry by self-flow transportation is 2~5.5,which has reached the filling capacity requirement of 560 000 m^3/a,besides that,the filling pipeline is made of metal abrasion resistant pipe,which delays the abrasion of pipe and drill hole.The above study results can provide reliable reference for the pipeline optimization of underground filling system of metal mines.
