摘 要:在煤矿井下巷道掘进的过程中,往往由于地质条件、留设小煤柱、过上覆采空区煤柱、采掘交锋等影响出现巷道压力集中区段,造成巷道不同程度的压力显现。为确保巷道支护质量及安全生产,保证巷道的服务年限,为工作面回采创造有利条件,对四台矿14~#层402辅盘区5213巷和307盘区5723巷掘进期间巷道压力区段特殊支护技术进行研究,首次使用顶板分段支护技术及斜拉锚索锁具,有效地治理了巷道顶板裂隙、炸帮严重的现象,巷道压力显现得到了有效控制,为今后掘进巷道压力区段特殊支护工作提供了很好的参考依据。During the roadway excavation of coal mine, due to the influence factors of geological conditions, setting up small coal pillars, through overlying goaf pillars, intersection of mining and excavation, the pressure concentration section is appeared, and roadway pressure of different degrees is appeared. In order to ensure the roadway supporting quality, safety production and roadway service life, and create favorable conditions for the mining activities of working face, the special supporting technique in pressure section formed in the excavation process of 5213 roadway of 402 panel and 5723 roadway of 307 panel of 14~# coal seam is proposed. The practice results indicated that the roadway roof crack and bursting wall phenomenons are solved effectively by firstly adopting segmental roof supporting technique and cable-stayed anchor lock, roadway pressure appears phenomenon is controlled effectively, which can provide reliable reference for the special supporting work in pressure section of excavation roadways.
