摘  要:在生产试验的条件下,通过成分设计和TMCP-RPC-T工艺设计,采用晶粒细化、沉淀强化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化等手段,辅以回火处理得到性能优异的Q550D高强度钢板,金相组织为粒状贝氏体和细小板条贝氏体的混合组织。同时分析了回火工艺对钢板组织结构和力学性能的影响及生产中拉伸试样分层的原因。Under the conditions of production test,by means of composition design and TMCP-RPC-T(Thermo Mechanical Controlled Process-Relaxed Process Control-Tempering)process design,the Q550D high strength steel plate with excellent performance was developed by using grain refinement,precipitation strengthening,dislocation strengthening and bainite structure strengthening,supplemented by tempering treatment.The metallographic structure was a mixture of granular bainite and fine lath bainite.Meanwhile,the influence of tempering process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel plate and the reason of tensile specimen stratification in production were analyzed.
