摘　　要：针对邯钢3000mm中板轧机工作辊平衡缸频繁发生故障的问题,结合现场实际,分析了其中原因,并对平衡缸进行了相应的改进优化,提高了平衡缸的使用寿命和工作可靠性,降低了维护成本,保证了生产顺利进行。In view of the frequent failure of the working roller balance cylinder of the 3 000 mm medium plate mill in Handan Steel,this paper analyzed the reasons in combination with the field practice,and maked the corresponding improvement and optimization on the balance cylinder,so as to improve the service life and work reliability of the balance cylinder,reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the smooth production.
