肛裂切除术及肛裂Y-V成形术治疗肛裂的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对肛裂患者分别选择肛裂切除术以及肛裂Y-V成形术治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择本院2015年1月至2018年5月收治的76例肛裂患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组;研究手术方式期间,对照组(38例):选择肛裂Y-V成形术进行疾病治疗;观察组(38例):选择肛裂切除术进行疾病治疗;最终就两组肛裂患者手术总有效率、住院时间、疼痛持续时间以及并发症发生率展开比较。结果同对照组肛裂患者手术总有效率(78.95%)对比,观察组(97.37%)获得明显提升(P<0.05);同对照组肛裂患者住院时间以及疼痛持续时间对比,观察组获得明显缩短(P<0.05);同对照组肛裂患者并发症发生率(28.95%)对比,观察组(7.89%)获得明显降低(P<0.05)。结论临床医师针对肛裂患者选择肛裂切除术进行治疗,同肛裂Y-V成形术进行比较,在提高手术总有效率、缩短住院时间以及疼痛持续时间、降低手术并发症发生率方面获得确切效果,从而促进肛裂患者的病情康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anal fissure resection and Y-V angioplasty in patients with anal fissure.Methods 76 patients with anal fissure treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were selected,divided into groups by drawing lots.In the observation group,38 patients were treated with anal fissure resection,and the total effective rate,hospitalization time,pain duration and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Anal fissure in the same control group Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of operation was 78.95%(P<0.05),compared with the control group 97.37%,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was 28.95%.The observation group(7.89%)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of anal fissure resection for patients with anal fissure,compared with Y-V plasty,can improve the total effective rate,shorten the length of hospitalization and the duration of pain.The exact effect of reducing the incidence of surgical complications is reduced,thereby promoting the rehabilitation of the patients with anal fissure.
