养阴降压胶囊和降浊祛瘀颗粒对高血压合并代谢综合征患者肾功能改善的研究

摘　　要：目的观察养阴降压胶囊与降浊祛瘀颗粒治疗高血压(EH)合并代谢综合征(MS)患者的疗效分析及对肾功能的影响。方法选取本院体检科发现的高血压合并代谢综合征患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用养阴降压胶囊和降浊祛瘀颗粒治疗。结果对比血压治疗总有效率、血脂、肾功能水平,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴降压胶囊和降浊祛瘀颗粒在治疗高血压合并MS患者时效果明显,不仅能有效控制血压,调节血糖、血脂,还能明显降低患者的尿白蛋白,从而实现对肾脏的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of yangyin jiangya capsule and jiangzhuo quyu granule on hypertension(EH)patients with metabolic syndrome(MS)and the effect on renal function.Methods 80 hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome found in the physical examination department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with yangyin jiangya capsule and jiangzhuo quyu granule.Results By comparing the total effective rate of blood pressure treatment,blood lipid level and renal function level,the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin jiangya capsule and jiangzhuo quyu granule have obvious effects in the treatment of hypertensive patients with MS,which can not only effectively control blood pressure,regulate blood glucose and lipids,but also significantly reduce the urinary albumin of patients,so as to achieve the protective effect on the kidney.
