摘　　要：在经济“新常态”下,我国对外贸易转型升级到了关键时期。以山东省为例,在回顾我国对外贸易发展历程的基础上,研究了新常态下的我国对外贸易发展特征及其所面临的挑战,进而提出了我国对外贸易转型升级的思路。In the economic “New Normal”, the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade of China has come to a crucial age. Taken Shandong Province as example, based on the review of foreign trade development process, this paper studies the characteristic and challenge of foreign trade development, and puts forward the ideas of transformation and upgrading of foreign trade of China.
