摘　　要：在对4PL跨境电商物流联盟进行深入分析的基础上,指出当前我国4PL跨境电商物流联盟的模式及运作特征,并提出影响4PL跨境电商物流联盟利益分配的要素。通过采用FAHP-Shapley的利益分配模式,对影响其利益分配的多重因素进行综合量化分析,并构建出影响4PL模式下跨国电商物流联盟利益分配的指标体系。最后,运用算例验证该方法对4PL跨境电商物流联盟利益分配的合理性,结果表明其能合理避免Shapley法利益分配的缺陷,并证明了该模型对4PL跨境电商物流联盟利益分配的适用性。Based on the analysis of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance, this paper concludes the mode and operation characteristics of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance of China, and puts forward the impacting factors on profit distribution of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance. By adopting FAHP-Shapley profit distribution mode, this paper takes a comprehensively quantitative analysis of the multiple impacting factors on the profit distribution, and builds the index system to impact the profit distribution of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance. At last, this paper uses sample validation to check the reasonableness of the profit distribution of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance, the results indicate that it can avoid the defect of profit distribution from Shapley method, and it also proves the adaptability to the profit distribution of 4PL cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance.
