摘　　要：后金融危机时期,全球经济增长乏力,贸易衰退,价值链重构,对中国对外贸易发展产生了一定影响。在此背景下,中国对外贸易应采用优势行业突破、加速国内企业与制造业改革转型等方式,以“一带一路”建设为契机,积极参与到全球贸易规则制定中,全面促进中国出口价值链升级,不断提高我国在全球价值链中的地位。In the later financial crisis era, the global economic growth was weak, the trade was regressed, the value chain was reconstituted, which has generated some impact on China foreign trade development. In such context, China foreign trade should apply the measures of breakthrough in advantageous industries, accelerating domestic enterprise and manufacturing industry reform and transformation, with “The Belt and Road” construction as opportunity, actively participate in regulating global trade rules, comprehensively promote the upgrading of expect value chain of China, and continuously raise China’s position in global value chain.
