摘　　要：共享物流业是中美贸易战下转型和发展的重点领域。首先对共享经济与共享物流进行理论溯源;探讨了共享物流业面临的机遇和挑战,构建了评价共享物流机遇的指标体系;对共享物流企业存在的问题进行了分析,设计了共享物流企业的战略发展路径,并从运营管理、筹资渠道、技术层研发以及企业间良性合作等多方面提出了一系列对策建议。Sharing logistics industry was the key field of transformation and development under Sino-US trade war. This paper first made theoretical trace to the source of sharing economy and sharing logistics;discusses the opportunity and challenge for sharing logistics industry, and establishes the evaluation index system for the opportunity of sharing logistics;analyzes the problems of sharing logistics enterprises, designs the strategic development path, and puts forward a series of countermeasures from multiple aspects of operation management, financing channel, technique level R&D and inter-enterprise positive cooperation.
