摘　　要：基于宏观制度环境影响下,中国农产品物流发展在分层治理冲突与二元经济限制下,存在着发展缓慢、成本较高等问题。经济新常态背景下,中国农产品物流发展关乎农村经济发展前景,而中国农产品物流发展的本质是农产品物流制度的完善。因此,必须通过构建内外部协同发展体系、优化宏观制度环境等方式,推动中国农产品物流可持续发展。Based on the impact of macroscopic system environment, the development of agricultural logistics of China had problems of slow development and higher cost under the limitation of hierarchical governance conflict and dual economy. In the New Normal, the development of agricultural logistics of China is related to the prospect of rural economic development, while the essence of the development of agricultural logistics of China is the perfection of the agricultural logistics system. Thus, the sustainable development of agricultural logistics of China must be promoted by build internal-external coordinated development system and optimizing the macroscopic system environment, etc.
