摘  要:通过分析智能变电站二次设备现有管理模式和运维现状,阐述了智能变电站以变电站系统配置描述全站系统配置文件(substation configuration description,SCD)管控为坐标,结合物联网和移动互联技术的二次设备运维技术研究与应用方法。为了实现设备智能识别、可视化展示、智能化运维的目标,提出了基于物联网和移动互联技术的二次设备智能运维技术的整体系统架构和功能部署方案。在技术方案上,重点介绍了二次设备智能识别、知识推送、回路可视、检修决策、辅助安装措施等关键技术,有效地解决了智能变电站二次设备在实际运维过程中的各种问题。为智能电网二次设备的智能化、信息化运维创造了有利条件,提高了现场设备管理水平,提高了运维工作效率。This paper elaborates the intelligent maintenance methods of secondary equipment combining internet of things and mobile internet technologies,based on the state-of-art operation and maintenance of secondary equipment.An overall structure of secondary equipment intelligent maintenance based on internet of things and mobile internet technologies is developed,to realize the goal of intelligent identification,visual display and intelligent operation and maintenance of the equipment.In terms of technical schemes,the focus of this paper falls on the introduction of key technologies,such as intelligent identification,knowledge push,loop visibility,maintenance decision-making,auxiliary safety measures,which can effectively solve various problems in practice.It could create favorable conditions for the intelligent and information-based operation and maintenance of the secondary equipment,and improve the field equipment management level as well as the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
