摘　　要：民间图书馆是公共图书馆服务体系的重要补充,已被纳入公共文化服务法律法规的调节范畴。在法治环境下,政府购买民间图书馆服务和公共图书馆将民间图书馆纳入总分馆体系等途径,能更有效地推进民间图书馆纳入公共图书馆服务体系,促进公共图书馆服务的多元化供给。Nongovernmental library is an important supplement to the public library service system that has been included in the adjustment scope of the laws and regulations of public cultural services. Under the legal environment the government purchases nongovernmental library service and integrates it into the central and branch library system that can more effectively promote the integration the nongovernmental library into the public library service system in order to enhance the public library diversified service.
