摘 要:土壤腐蚀是造成埋地碳钢管道腐蚀破坏的主要原因。埋地管道在土壤中的腐蚀主要包括土壤电化学腐蚀、杂散电流腐蚀和微生物腐蚀等。目前,炼化企业埋地管道防腐层主要使用环氧煤沥青涂层、聚烯烃胶粘带及挤压聚乙烯防腐层等。这些埋地管道防腐层各有优缺点,应根据土壤腐蚀程度、操作工况、设计寿命等选择合适的防腐层和防腐蚀等级。为了保证埋地管道防腐蚀效果,应严格控制防腐层原材料质量,注重施工质量管理。Soil corrosion is the main cause for corrosion damage of buried carbon steel pipeline in petrochemical unit of refineries. Soil corrosion of buried pipeline mainly includes soil electrochemical corrosion, stray current corrosion and microbiological corrosion,etc. At present,coal tar epoxy coating,polyolefin adhesive tape and extruded polyethylene coating are widely used as anticorrosive coating. These coatings have their own advantages and disadvantages which should be selected based on soil corrosion degree,operating condition and design life. In order to ensure anticorrosion effects of pipeline,coating material and grade should be correctly selected,raw material quality should be strictly controlled and construction details should be strengthened.
