中国本土制造业价值链地位提升了吗?——基于出口国内技术含量的分析

摘　　要：通过建立2003—2013年HS2002六位编码产品与投入产出表中15个制造行业的对应关系,以出口复杂度指标为基础,对进口中间投入和外资部分进行了顺次剔除,用计算出的本土制造业出口国内技术含量来测度其价值链地位,并实证研究了中国本土制造业价值链地位的影响因素。结果发现:总体来看,中国本土制造业价值链地位有了一定的提升,但幅度不大;FDI三种技术溢出对中国本土制造业价值链地位的提升作用各异,水平技术溢出呈现"倒U型"非线性关系,前向技术溢出递增正相关,而后向技术溢出只是线性正相关;人均资本和研发密度均未能有效发挥促进作用。By establishing the corresponding relationship between the HS2002 six-digit coded products and the 15 manufacturing industries in the input-output tables from 2003 to 2013 and based on the export complexity index,this paper sequentially eliminates the import intermediate investment and foreign investment,measures the value chain status of the local manufacturing industry by calculating the domestic export technology content,and empirically studies the factors influencing the value chain status of China local manufacturing industry.The results show that on the whole,the value chain status of China local manufacturing industry has been improved to a certain extent,but the extent is not large;the three kinds of FDI technology spillovers have different promoting effects on the value chain status of China local manufacturing industry:horizontal technology spillovers present an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship,forward technology spillovers increase positively while backward technology spillovers present a linear positive correlation;and that the per capita capital and R&D density have not played an effective promoting role.
