摘  要:针对地质超深钻探中测量设备存在耐高温高压性能差、稳定性差、测量精度不高、电能消耗大等问题,设计一套深井轨迹探测实验仪,解决高温高压多点连续钻孔测斜及测温问题。采用捷联式光纤蛇螺,选择耐高温元器件,采用间歇式供电方式,减少散热,降低功耗;采用二位置寻北技术算法,结合修正误差、抗干扰、温度补偿等校正措施,实现姿态参数精确测量;设计保温管和承压管,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对设计的承压外管结构进行强度校核,对保温探管进行温度场与压力场进行耦合分析,实现设备在高温高压环境正常工作。通过仿真测试和野外实验,根据测试数据表明设备能在280℃、120 MPa环境条件下钻孔深井倾角、方位角、仪器工具面向角及温度的测量。Aiming at problem of high-temperature and high-pressure for geological drilling,a deep-well trajectory detector was designed to solve the problem,and multi-point continuous drilling inclinometers and temperature measurement.Strapdown type fiber snakes and MEMS chips are used to implement borehole measurements.The two-position north seeking algorithm is used.Corrective measures such as correction error,anti-jamming,and temperature compensation are used to measure attitude parameters and ensure measurement accuracy.The controller is designed to realize the acquisition,storage,transmission and power management of posture parameters,and high-temperature components are used to solve the operation of the high-temperature environment.The mechanical structure is designed to use insulation pipe and pressure tube to solve the problem of high temperature and high pressure.ANSYS finite element software is used to check the strength outer pipe structure under high pressure,and complete the coupling analysis of the insulation temperature probe and pressure field.Through simulation and testing,the instrument has achieved deep borehole inclination,azimuth angle,instrument tool orientation and temperature measurement under 300℃and 120 MPa environmental condition.
